Hot spots

This one took me a while for some reason, but it's done! This time we have teh assassin. They do the work most of us would rather pay someone else to do. Really, they're a valued part of society.

Spots are strange...random placement seems odd, so I tried having one large spot surrounded by smaller spots and that seemed to work. I wonder if there's a better way.
